Central to any strong community and to families, is housing. Over the years, Victory Housing has become an expert in providing housing that meets the needs of frail and independent senior citizens. We have also established strong partnerships with government agencies and charitable organizations to raise money and other resources that reduce the costs of housing, making it accessible to low and moderate-income people. Because of the severe shortage of affordable housing in the region, Victory Housing has become increasingly involved in preserving and producing affordable family housing. Victory Housing currently operates three multifamily properties, two in Takoma Park and one in Washington, DC.
