Victory Heights offers affordable retirement living in the revitalized Columbia Heights neighborhood of Washington DC. Our one bedroom apartments for rent feature a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, wall-to-wall carpeting, a walk-in closet in the bedroom and an easy entrance shower stall in the bathroom. A pet-friendly community, Victory Heights allows your furry friends up to 35 lbs. Handicap accessible apartments are also available and accommodations can be made to make you as comfortable as possible.

SERVICES

Our community has several excellent amenities located directly within the building to promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Whether you want to exercise in the fitness center, relax with a new book in the library or participate in the various social events and activities, there is something for everyone at our community. Also enjoy a computer lab, outdoor patio, laundry rooms on each floor and elevator service. Our dedicated onsite management and maintenance team provide excellent customer service and on-site maintenance and after-hour on-call service.

CONNECTS LIFE ENRICHMENT PROGRAM

Victory Housing’s CONNECTS Life Enrichment Program provides residents of their Independent Living Communities with more than just an apartment. The program offers a variety of activities and services designed to promote residents’ physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Residents can participate in a variety of activities, including health and wellness programs, educational workshops, social gatherings, and entertainment events.
